If you give them the space to try and do it their own way, even if it isn’t the way you would have done it.
If you understand that what you are actually trying to instill in them is ownership and not compliance. Because the more you hold onto them doing it perfectly (your way), you are actually holding both them and yourself back.
They could be doing so much more.
